Return Policy

Please read the following terms of use carefully. By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise accessing or using the service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

Our Policy

No returns will be accepted for orders above two thousand and five hundred ($2,500) dollars net, excluding taxes and shipping. Items on orders above this limit cannot be returned but might be replaced in case of manufacturing defect, freight claims or shipment errors.

Returns will not be accepted without Return of Goods Authorization (RGA) from www.shopestiluzusa.com. Requests must be in writing noting appropriate purchase order numbers for correct processing. Requests for return must be made within seven (7) days of delivery date. The RGA number must be clearly marked on all returned goods.

Merchandise must be returned within thirty (30) days from RGA date. Merchandise must be in perfect condition, carefully and thoroughly packed using the original carton/packing materials. Installed items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect not visible before installation. Defective merchandise will be accepted on a repair-return basis.

Freight Claims

Inspect packages thoroughly before accepting the merchandise. www.shopestiluzusa.com must be notified of any errors in shipping within seven (7) days of delivery date. www.shopestiluzusa.com will not accept any claims including, but not limited to, concealed damage, broken glass, missing parts or shipment errors seven (7) days after delivery date. For damaged items, photos are required.
