Payment Methods

Online payments may be made by PayPal, as well as all major credit cards and Apple Pay through Stripe. Stripe’s and PayPal’s policies apply, including, but not limited to: Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and other security policies.

Cancellations

Customers can cancel an order within a 24-hour window of order placement. To request an order cancellation, customers will need to contact www.shopestiluzusa.com using the contact form. This must include the customer’s name, address, order number, items to be cancelled, and the reason for the cancellation. If an order is already in route from its original location, it cannot be rerouted, redirected, or cancelled.

Lead times are not a valid reason for cancellation after the order has been shipped. Orders with longer lead times than originally announced, can be cancelled as long as the item(s) have not been shipped.

For some special, made to order and custom items, 100% prepayment and a waiver of cancellation might be required.
